Shire of Yarra Ranges as part of Planning Amendment C163 Part 1, has introduced a new Local Planning Policy for the Healesville Township in accord with the recommendations of the adopted Healesville Structure Plan. This planning amendment has recently been approved by the Planning Minister and adopted into the planning scheme.
The Healesville District Local Policy is located at Clause 22.12 of the Shire of Yarra Ranges Planning Scheme, and provides poilicy guidelines on the future development of the Healesville District to assist Council in making decisions on varoious applications.
This local policy was adopted into the Shire of Yarra Ranges Planning Scheme on 20/06/2019.
