Attending a Surveying conference without any technical surveying content. That's a different approach, but it was a very rewarding experience.

Learning about DISC personalities and how to identify, utilise our natural personality strengths, and develop and train our natural weaknesses to our advantage, and to the advantage of our business.
Matt & I have come home with more homework on the agenda than before we left. We will continue to develop Thomas & George to the benefit of our staff and customers.
