Yarra Ranges Planning Amendment C178 has been recently approved and gazetted by the Planning Minister on 17th September 2021.
This amendment implements changes to the Planning Scheme in accord with recommendations resulting from the Coldstream Structure Plan. Documents relating to this recent amendment can be found through the following link.
I understand this may provide some limited opportunities for further infill development within the Coldstream Township area, as determined by the Coldstream Structure Plan process.
