Planning Amendment VC202 introduces a new Land Use Term of "Rural Workers Accommodation" into the Farming Zone with planning permit exemption for up to 10 persons (subject to criteria being satisfied). Additional persons > 10 is subject to planning permit.
No change in Green Wedge Zone or Rural Conservation Zone requirements.
