  • The State Government's Phase 2 ePlan mandate commences from 29/08/2025, and will be required for new plans of subdivision of 10 lots or less, unless satisfying the exemption criteria.

    ePlan is the transition to an eventual digital plan of subdivision creation & registration system, but Phase 2 of the ePlan rollout is a hybrid system of continuing the old and adding the additional new ePlan process.
